SPECIALS
Baby smash cake! When you order your baby's first year birthday cake you receive free a
4 inch baby smash cake (value $10) with a minimum order of $33.
Two tier special! I've been getting a lot of requests for a 8 inch and 6 inch tiered cakes.
I've decided to run a special. 8 inch round (serves 12+) and 6 inch round (serves 8+) tiered
for only $55. Or, 8 inch square (serves 16+) and 6 inch square (serves 9+) for only $60.
If you require your cake to be covered in fondant it will be an additional $25. Some fondant details/ decorations are extra. This will require a custom built 10 inch stand that I will not
charge for but I will require a $20 refundable deposit for its safe and timely return. This
special applies to the 8 inch and the 6 inch tiered only. Any other sizes, shapes or additional
tiers the whole cake will be charged the regular tiered rate.

DELIVERY
Weekends Sat & Sun: Between1PM-3PM Saturday and 12:30-2PM PM Sunday to Sarnia $5, Corunna $4, Brights Grove (or east of Modeland) $10, Petrolia $15. Please note that my
delivery times are approximate as I have other deliveries scheduled. An exact delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
Weekdays Mon-Fri: Daytime delivery between 11 am - 12PM to Sarnia is $7
An outside independent delivery service used you must have exact change as the driver
does not carry change. You may also pay by check or pre pay by email interac transfer.
Otherwise delivery is priced $0.70 per KM. Please call or email for a quote.
Weddings (or if setup is required):
Delivery of stacked wedding cakes to Sarnia is a flat rate of $15. Cupcake displays and cakes requiring separators, fountains, floral arrangement and on site set up is a flat rate of $28
Out of Sarnia delivery is $0.85/KM one way as per MapQuest search.
ORDERING, PRICING AND CUTTING GUIDE
This guide is designed to help you decide what size cake you need to serve your guests.
All 2" tall cakes are quoted using a general 2"x2"x2" slice size. All wedding 4" tall cakes are
quoted using a 1"x2"x4" slice size all party 4" tall cakes are quoted using a 1.5"x2"x4" slice size.

*How many people do you need your cake to feed?
*Do you have a particular style or theme in mind? Or, we can custom create one.
*Do you want your cake decorated using buttercream, fondant or a combination of both?
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call or email. As I am my only employee
the best days to get in touch with me are Monday, Tuesday, and sometimes Wednesday.
Otherwise, I'm busy making the cakes. You may call or email any day of the week to inquire
or place an order but I may not get back to you until Monday or Tuesday of the next week.

COVER A CAKE WITH FONDANT
I can cover you cakes with fondant and can create a wide range of designs with fondant details. Prices will vary please contact.
What is fondant?
Fondant is a product that goes on top of buttercream it is rolled out like pie dough
and is smoothed out over top the iced cake to give it a very smooth papery finish. It has a
soft chewy texture like a very soft bubblegum
it tastes and smells like cotton candy.

Availability
For your ordering convenience I have a list of dates that are already booked or are limited. To avoid confusion I am also adding the dates that are within the current month that I am available. If you don't see the date posted that means I'm still available. Please reserve your date as early as possible spring/summer can be very busy please try for 6-8 weeks notice. The winter is a little less busy please at least 2 weeks notice.

As I am my only employee I will answer phone calls, messages and emails Mondays, Tuesdays, and sometimes Wednsdays otherwise I am busy making cakes etc.
I will answer any messages left or emails that are not regarding immediate orders the following Monday and Tuesday.
Please do not rely solely on email for your communication as I have found sometimes I have not received them or they are not sent properly through server error.
